A recent experience from Kim, my original Heather Helper!
"Wednesday evening I pulled my hamstring playing in a tennis clinic. It wasn't a bad pull, but a pull nonetheless. I scheduled a chiropractic visit the middle of the next day where he adjusted me ( It was a regular visit as well, I go every three weeks for maintenance) and muscle tested for vitamin E. I had had some leg problems previously (as I wrote when I first started the program) and he thought it might have to do with a lack of E. I muscle tested 5 different E products he had on hand. I needed the highest dose to be taken 3 times a day. I took one immediately, came home and iced the hamstring all afternoon while I caught up on computer work. I went to a Yoga class at 4pm and strapped the hamstring so it would stay stable and proceeded with my class. It was still a little tender to walk and flex that evening - took another E that night. I woke on Friday with a healed hamstring! No evidence of the pull what so ever! I got a massage Friday morning and asked her to work on it. She felt a little residual and worked it out! Went about my day...still taking the E and I played 2 hours of tennis that afternoon (with the muscle wrapped as a precaution) and all is well!
I don't think if I hadn't been balanced before it happened, nor taken the steps I did after, would I have had such a great outcome! And all without a MD or pain pills! I am blown away and loving every minute of it."
